APP - App-solutely fantastic! PARTNER PFERD in your pocket!

For PARTNER PFERD 2025, there will once again be an event app with which you can retrieve all the information conveniently on your smartphone. The app offers many useful features.

Among other things, you have access to the list of exhibitors at PARTNER PFERD 2025. In addition, the app includes an overview of the supporting program with practical search and filter functions as well as the option to create an individual watch list.

Here you can find the Android app nd the iOS version.

Exhibitor passes

Please request your exhibitor passes (free of charge and for a fee) via the online ordering system . The passes are available for personalization and download.

Hotel booking

As an exhibitor at PARTNER PFERD 2025, you will benefit from attractive hotel conditions and special cancellation deadlines.

To benefit from the special conditions, please always book directly via our hotel portal .

Customer invitations

As an exhibitor you have the possibility to order customer invitations at a reduced price via the online ordering system . Take advantage of this offer to invite the companies and individuals you would like to welcome to your stand at PARTNER PFERD.

The user can redeem the customer invitation code in our online ticket store at www.partner-pferd.de/ticket free of charge. Exhibitors will be invoiced for customer invitations based on the number of tickets actually redeemed.

Online ordering system

Here you can access the online ordering system, where you can order our services quickly and conveniently. These include

  • Stand construction/stand equipment
  • Technical services such as electrical, water and internet connections
  • Publishing services
  • Ordering and personalizing exhibitor passes (free of charge and for a fee)
  • Parking
  • Stand cleaning
  • and much more

In your stand allocation, which you received from us by e-mail, you will find, among other things, the user name for your customer account. If you no longer have your password from previous events or if you are attending PARTNER PFERD for the first time, please request it directly on the online ordering system page by clicking on the “Forgotten password (request)?” button. ATTENTION: For technical reasons, the password will be sent to the company e-mail address stated in your stand allocation.

After entering your password, you will be asked to change it. Please remember the new password for your future activities in the online ordering system.

Please complete all technical orders and approval requests by 18th December, 2024 at the latest. From December 19, 2024, we will have to charge a late payment surcharge of 15% on selected services.

Services (such as additional stand construction, flooring, electrical connection, parking tickets, etc.) can only be ordered online until 8th January, 2025. (Via your user account for the Online Service Center - see stand allocation).

After this date, orders can only be placed and clarified on site. If you, for example, still need parking tickets after this deadline you can purchase them on site.

Mandatory entry in the list of exhibitors

You can access the order store of our authorized publisher NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH via the online ordering system by clicking on the button “Media services / List of exhibitors”.

Please particularly check the details of your mandatory entry (company name, address, telephone, e-mail, Internet, hall, stand no., 2 product groups, contact person with contact details - business card).

You can also book additional services such as logos or banners here.

WARNING: misleading entry offers for exhibitor directories

Invoicing

The exhibition rental invoice including marketing fee was sent out from November 2024. Payment of this invoice is a prerequisite for participation in the event.

If you have not yet paid your stand rental invoice, please do so at our main cash desk in the exhibition center, administration building,

  • 15.01.2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 04:00 p.m.
  • 16 - 19.01.2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 06:00 p.m.

Invoices for all other services ordered will be issued within four weeks of the event.

Stand construction and dismantling times

Stand construction

Stand construction will take place from Monday, 13.01.2025 to Wednesday, 15.01.2025 daily from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The construction of the stand must essentially be completed by 15.01.2025 by 03:00 p.m. at the latest. No vehicles will be permitted in the hall after 03:00 p.m. There is no obligation to be present for stand acceptance.

ATTENTION: Please note that due to heat regulation in the halls, the hall doors must be kept closed after 3 pm. We ask you to ensure that all vehicles leave the hall by then. Thank you very much for your support!

Stand dismantling

Dismantling will take place from Sunday, 19.01.2025, from 06:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

As well as on 20.01.2025 and 21.01.2025 in the time from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Access to the exhibition grounds for vehicles used for dismantling (including cars without parking permits) will be granted on Sunday from 07:00b p.m. at the earliest via the South 1 access road.

During the set-up and dismantling periods, you or your stand constructors must provide proof of identity by presenting a copy of your stand allocation. There are no set-up and dismantling passes!

Food options for stand construction

The following facilities are available for catering during the set-up days for a fee:

  • Snack machines at the hall transition from Hall 1 to Hall 3
  • Lunch in the ‘Casino’ canteen in the exhibition centre from 11:30 - 14:30

Stand construction approval

The stand construction registration and the registration of technical permits and exhibits with special hazards have been replaced by a semi-automated procedure for approving your planned trade fair stand. This offers you the opportunity to submit the necessary information about your planned exhibition stand conveniently and with little effort. You will then be informed of the requirements associated with safe operation.

You will receive a corresponding e-mail from our event technology department with a link to a separate questions page and a password. After you have registered for the first time with this one-time password, we recommend that you set up a personalized password so that you can save data temporarily and continue working later. Please complete the entries by 18th December 2024.

The checks to be carried out as part of operator responsibility during the set-up, dismantling and implementation phases with regard to compliance with the technical guidelines and relevant laws, ordinances and regulations remain an important part of the safe operation of the venue.

Stand allocation

The stand allocation sent to you via e-mail is a valid access document for you and your stand constructor during the set-up and dismantling days. Please carry the document with you or pass it on to your stand constructor.

Stand construction, rental furniture, advertising space

Parking tickets

If you still need parking tickets, you can purchase them at the last-minute counter at the North 1 entrance.

  • on Wednesday, 15.01.2025, from 09:00 a.m. until- 06:00 p.m.
  • on Thursday, 16.01.2025, from 08:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

PARTNER PFERD takes place in Halls 1 and 3.

Please note! Exhibitor access to Halls 1 and 3 is via the South 1 access road, Messe-Allee.

Wi-Fi on the exhibition grounds

Wi-Fi with a bandwidth of 1 MBit is available to everyone free of charge on the exhibition grounds. However, we cannot guarantee a stable connection, as stability depends on usage. If you would like better Wi-Fi or a larger bandwidth, you are welcome to book this with us via the OSC.
